"Metamorphosis" is Axon-Neuron's third studio album. A double-disc album exploring the ideas of change and transformation through a colorful blend of progressive rock, metal, jazz, and classical music. The 6-piece band is augmented by a 21-piece orchestra on several tracks.

"Dreamstate" is the second album by Axon-Neuron. Originally released in 2012, rereleased in 2015 with a complete remix and remaster of the original recording. The second album retains some of the aspects of the first album, including a live string orchestra on select tracks, but also features a new lineup with two keyboards, more extensive multritracking of guitars, and the use of a guitar synth (on "Bloom") and a 9-string guitar ("Machina," "Whole," "Soñar," and "Maelstrom"). The second lineup of Axon-Neuron is featured on this album:

"Brainsongs" is the debut album by Axon-Neuron, released on 2011. "Brainsongs" was recorded in a whirlwind 2-day session at Tangerine Studio in Akron, OH. A 10-piece string orchestra was recorded on a few tracks a couple days later, and the album was mixed, mastered, and sent to be pressed one day after that. This album features the original lineup of Axon-Neuron:
